Download our listing information form from here and email it to [email protected].

Edit existing listing description, opening hours and images

Log In and go to A, or if you are already logged in go directly to My WeSpaces in the My Account menu on the top right hand corner of any page and jump to step B.

A If your log in is successful, the top right menu should now only show “Browse spaces” and “My Account”. If not, you have entered an incorrect username and password, please try again.

Hover over “My Account” to see all the sections available to you and select My WeSpaces.

B Click “Edit” below the listing you would like to update.

Make the changes you require.

Click “submit changes for approval” at the bottom of the page.

Access dashboard and manage bookings

Log In and go to step A, or if you are already logged in go directly to Dashboard in the My Account menu on the top right-hand corner of any page and jump to step B.

A. If your log in is successful, the top right menu should now only show “Browse spaces” and “My Account”. If not, you have entered an incorrect username and password, please try again.

Hover over “My Account” to see all the sections available to you and select Dashboard.

B. Click on Bookings in the menu on the left to see all your bookings (future and past).

To update a booking (change the status, contact a customer etc.) click on the ID of the booking you would like to manage.

B Select the listing you would where you would like to see the reviews

Go to the comments section, below your hours of operations, and post your reply.

Please note that your replies can be moderated by the WeCoffee team if the language is inappropriate or offensive.

B. Click Store Settings in the menu on the left.

In “Vendor email”, enter the email addresses where you would like to receive booking notifications.

Select “update” at the bottom of the page.

See how many people have viewed your listing

Hover over “My Account” to see all the sections available to you and select My WeSpaces, where you will then be able to see the number of views for your business.

Update profile and billing address

Log In, or if you are already logged in go to My Account in the top right-hand menu of any page.

Edit Billing Address

Select Billing Address, and enter your modifications here.

Select “save address” at the bottom of the page.

Update Profile

Select Update Profile, and enter your modifications here.

Select “save changes” at the bottom of the page.

At the bottom of the form, click on Lost your password? and enter your username or email address.
